maybe im just like my father 2 bold

Batgirl flyerI had a lot of fun with this, especially since so many of the movie and tv show details lined up — the colors, the bike, the frilly lace.  I’m also pretty sure Batman played Prince’s father in Purple Rain, but it’s been 24 years since I saw it and I did a lot of drugs that night. Then I crashed my dad’s Porsche before taking my best friend to the prom and winning the All-Valley Championship.  That was quite a year, let me tell you.

Why do we scream at each other? This is what it sounds like …

I like what I have seen of this series so far Cliff, but not as much as the Atomic Bombshells one.

That might be one of the most inspiring images ever conceived. I feel the urge to go crazy right now. To go nuts. To look 4 the purple banana till they put me in the truck.

The awesomeness of this can not be debated. The only question I have is: Who are you going to use for Born in the USA? ;-)

I’ll be rolling these out once a month, I hope. Haven’t done the next one yet, but I have ideas.

Born in the USA? Wonder Woman — so you get the whole flag effect!

If Prince had made his own funky Batman movie, is there any doubt that Morris Day would have been a kick ass Joker?

Awesome piece Cliff, you should sell it as a print.

I used this wonderful illo. on my site, “very secret monster things”, for a post about my secret history with Batgirl, or rather her Mego action figure.
I’d love for you to read it & hear (or rather read) your thoughts:

Amazingly, awesome-ly mind-blowing! (Though it really should be some retro Nightwing in the doorway rather than Batman. Too nerdy?)
